1. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the total amount of the purchase and the delivery point, which are calculated at the time of purchase. Shipping costs may be assumed by Topmodel if within a promotion this advantage is specified. These shipping cost promotions are usually subject to the purchase of a minimum amount. In Spain, shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be subject to customs and / or import charges in addition to the amount of the order: - In the Canary Islands (approx.) 18 € DUA + 7% IGIC. - In Ceuta and Melilla (approx.) 18€ DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI. Both in domestic shipments to Spain and international shipments, customers will assume the corresponding customs and / or import costs, if any. 2. Discount Codes

Topmodel promotions or discount codes are not cumulative, and are limited to one per person per online order. Only one discount code can be used per order and per shopping cart. That is, they can be used on a single purchase of one or more products purchased through the website. Discount codes are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Terms and conditions regarding the validity of the code are included with each purchase. If you have a promotional code you will be able to use it before finalizing the order in the 'Summary of your purchase'. Enter the promotional code and click 'Apply discount code'. If the discount code is valid you will see the discount applied in the purchase summary. In case of return or exchange, the value of the code will not be refunded.

3. Orders

Topmodel undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address provided by the user on the order form. This address may be different from the buyer's address. In order to optimize delivery, we kindly ask the user to indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal business hours. Topmodel shall not be liable for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the user in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.

4. Delivery methods

Spain/peninsula

For purchases made in Spain this must be included in any case, within the peninsula and / or Balearic Islands. Free shipping costs for purchases of an amount equal to or greater than 40 € for orders destined for the peninsula or the Balearic Islands, and 90 € for orders destined for Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands. For orders of lower amount apply standard shipping costs of 4 € on the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. In the case of Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the standard shipping rate is always 12€. The order will be delivered within approximately 3 to 7 working days from order confirmation. This period may be longer in periods of sales, Black Friday or specific promotions without the user being entitled to claim compensation or compensation for such delay.
